MoviePass has launched a movie on its app in the US and Canada.
The film, Bratz Movie 2: The Movie, is a sequel to the UK’s hit animated series Bratz and is the first feature-length animated film for the platform.
The movie is set in a futuristic world where there are no children and everyone is an adult.
The Bratz franchise has become a worldwide phenomenon with more than 30 movies released on the platform and millions of fans watching each Bratz movie.
Bratz Movie 1 was released in 2018 and starred Nicki Minaj, Nicki White, Dwayne Johnson and Chris Evans.
It was released theatrically in the States and in cinemas in Canada, but the US version was pulled from all markets and has since been pulled.
MoviePass’ Bratz is a comedy that follows the lives of two brats, Zell and Burt.
The two brothers, who are both superheroes, live in a world of superheroes and crime.
Zell is a young man with a bright future and Bust is a brat who has to deal with a difficult life as he’s constantly bullied.
MoviePass CEO Adam Weinstein said: “We’ve been working hard to make Bratz an experience for kids of all ages.
This is one of the first Bratz movies to make its way to the Apple App Store, which is an amazing first step in the right direction for Bratz, a franchise that’s seen tremendous success on multiple platforms, including iTunes, Amazon Video, and Amazon Prime.”
With over 2.6 million subscribers across all platforms, BratZ is one our biggest and most passionate fans and we’re excited to be adding this amazing movie to our family of movies.
“Bratz was first shown in cinemases in the United Kingdom in April 2019 and will be released in the U.S. in November 2020.
The film is currently available for streaming on Amazon Prime Video and Amazon Instant Video.
